Returns inspection and refunds processing:
The products returned should be in their original condition. We will not be liable for any damage or loss that may happen during transit, which is why secured packaging and insurance are always recommended. If the product(s) arrives damaged, worn out, altered, or re-sized in any way, it will not be accepted for return. Also, note that custom-made jewelry including custom-engraved products will not be accepted for return.
Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it meticulously to ensure that the original condition is intact before initiating your refund within 2 to 3 business days. Note: Any shipping fee charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
